The production process is constantly monitored through internal procedures that allow us to verify the conformity of the product obtained to the requirements of our customers.

A sophisticated instrument makes it possible to measure the sinking index (IRAM) of the finished product in the flexible polyurethane.

While the hardness of the integral polyurethane is measured with an instrument whose value is expressed in Shore.

Rigid Cold Expanded Polyurethane is an extraordinary and very versatile material.

Its characteristics make it possible to produce parts with complex profiles and variable thicknesses. The aesthetic level of finish can be very accurate and completed with the final painting phase which makes it suitable even for the most sought after solutions.

The low cost of the molding equipment means that rigid polyurethane is often preferred to other plastics. The molds can be in epoxy or aluminum.

The aluminum molds are to be preferred for the best precision of the closing lines, for the surface finish and for the durability as it can be used for a large number of molds. The resin molds are also made by us internally.
